Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Before proceeding, if you have any questions or concerns regarding the product, our team will be happy to assist you.


How to Cancel Your Order

You can place a cancellation request in the following ways:

  1. Via Website or App:
    Go to the Order History section under My Account on the Chamundi Gold & Diamonds website/app and select the order you wish to cancel.

  2. Via Email:
    Send a cancellation request from your registered email ID to support@chamundigold.com with your order details.


Important Notes:

  • Cancellation is not allowed once the product has been dispatched.

  • Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email at your registered address, and your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • This policy does not apply to the following products:

    • Customized jewellery

    • Gold coins or bars

    • Silver coins or bars

    • Gift vouchers or gift cards (physical or digital)

  • Chamundi Gold & Diamonds reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. This may occur due to:

    • Unavailability or limitations of product quantity

    • Pricing or product information errors or inaccuracies
