Chamundi Gold & Diamonds offers free and secure delivery of all jewellery products within India. Our delivery timelines depend on the type of product and the delivery location. Kindly note that we currently do not ship outside India.
Dispatch Timelines
We offer two types of products:

Ready for Dispatch: Items labelled under this category are in stock and will be shipped from our warehouse within 2 working days.

Made to Order: These are specially handcrafted jewellery items, and depending on the design, they may take between 2 to 30 working days to be prepared and delivered.
Transit Insurance
All orders from Chamundi Gold & Diamonds are covered under comprehensive transit insurance, ensuring your purchase is fully protected until it reaches your doorstep.
Delivery Process
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please provide the accurate recipient name (as per government ID) along with a complete address, valid contact number, pin code, and nearby landmark.
Upon delivery, the courier agent may request any one of the following valid ID proofs:

If you receive a tampered or damaged package, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately at:

In the event that the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery two more times. If all attempts fail, the product will be returned to us.

Chamundi Gold & Diamonds provides complimentary insurance coverage for your jewellery purchase:

Valid for purchases worth ₹25,000 or more
