We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to exchange your item, you can do so under our 14-Day Easy Exchange Policy.

Key Terms of Easy Exchange

1. This policy is applicable only if the product is returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. You may initiate the exchange by:

   • Visiting www.chamundigold.com

   • Or walking into any Chamundi Gold & Diamonds store across India within the 14-day window.

3. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with the invoice and product certificate (if any).
   ⚠️ A deduction of ₹500 will apply if the original certificate/invoice is missing.

4. If returned within 14 days, you will receive 100% of the invoice value towards your new purchase.

5. Non-eligible items under this exchange policy include:

   • Gold coins & bars

   • Silver coins & bars

   • Gift cards/vouchers (physical or digital)

   • Customized jewellery

   • Gold nose pins

   • Loose gemstones

6. If your original purchase included a discount or a free gift, the discount amount or gift value will be deducted unless the free gift is also returned with the item.

8. Once your item is received and passes our quality check, your exchange will be processed within 3–7 working days, and you’ll receive a notification once complete.

Lifetime Exchange Terms

1. You can return your jewellery either by:

   • Visiting any Chamundi Gold & Diamonds store in India

   • Or initiating the return via www.chamundigold.com

2. The exchange value will be calculated based on the prevailing gold, diamond, or platinum rates as published on:

   • Our website/app (for online returns)

   • Our store rate card (for in-store returns)

3. When returning via our website/app, the applicable value will be calculated at the time the product is received at our warehouse.

4. When returning to a store, the in-store published rates on the day of return will be applied.

5. Only the net weight of the metal will be considered for exchange.

   • Making charges, taxes (GST), and additional costs are not refundable.
