At Chamundi Gold & Diamonds, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a “No Questions Asked 14-Day Money Back Guarantee.” If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days for a 100% refund of the product value. No shipping charges will be deducted.

Eligibility Conditions

This refund policy is valid only if the product is shipped back to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
You can initiate a return either through our website [www.chamundigold.com] or by visiting any Chamundi Gold & Diamonds store in India within the 14-day period.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, along with the original invoice and product certificate (if applicable).
❗ Loss of invoice or certificate will result in a deduction of ₹500.
The following items are non-returnable:
▪ Gold coins & bars
▪ Silver coins & bars
▪ Digital and physical gift vouchers
▪ Customized jewellery
▪ Loose gemstones
▪ Gold nose pins
If your purchase included a free gift or discount, the value of the gift/discount will be deducted from the refund amount unless the gift is returned along with the product.

Return Procedure

To return or exchange a product, please follow the steps below:

Go to the Order History section in My Account on the Chamundi website/app and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the jewellery carefully in its original packaging and place it inside the tamper-proof packet provided. Include the invoice and certificate (if applicable).
⚠️ Once sealed, the tamper-proof packet must not be opened.
Our courier partner will collect the return package within 1–3 business days.
Please note down the airway bill number for your reference.
If you need help with the return process, contact our customer care team with your order number and return request details.
Once we receive your return and the product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
If your purchase was made using a Gift Card or Digital Gift Card, the refunded amount will be added back to the same card or a new card will be issued.
